life. Yesterday he beat
FM Arturs Bernotas in
a fine positional game
where his pieces Invaded
on the 7th rank.
This was the 7th round
of the Latvian team
championship this season.
Kengis and his Club
Riga Tehniska universitäte
beat Riga Saha skola with
GM Arturs Neiksans on
top board with 3,5-1,5.
Kengis`team lead with
8 points Ahead of Ventspils
and Termo Eko who also
have 8 team points.

Moro å se at det er liv i Kengis! Husker han remiserte Magnus Carlsen med sort i en sicilianer i en eliteseriekamp rundt 2005 for Moss. Senere ble han vel trener for landslaget i en eller annen arabisk stat tror jeg! Skal bli gøy å følge litt med ham!
