IM Cliff Wichmann (right) – here against Katja Amann  in the Sachsen-
championships in blitzchess 2014 – has won the Schach im Schacht which
was a blitztournament which took place on Saturday. Cliff scored 9,5 points
in the 11 rounds and was 1 point ahead of FM Hendrik Hoffmann and
Frank Flöter took 3rd place. Hendrik shows fine form these days. On
Sunday he won in the Sachsenliga as SG Leipzig 3  beat SV Muldental Wilkau-
Haßlau 5,5-2,5.
