Vogt wins in Malta Open

GM Lothar Vogt won against Valentin Dragnev (2044) in the second round
of the Malta Open. Vogt has white against Manfred Eiber (2170) in the
third round which is played now.Arild Johansen made a draw against Josef
Ask in the second round and has 1,5 points.He faces Juergen Stiller (2199)
with black in the third round.The 4th round will be played tonight.
