The Chinese grandmaster Li Chao has
won the Asian Championship in Manila.
He scored 7 points from 9 rounds.The
Phillipine grandmasters Oliver Barbosa
and Mark Paragua followed on the next
places with 6,5 points. The favourite,
GM Le Quang Liem (2714) from Vietnam
ended up in fourth place, also with 6,5 points.
