Last night I visited the chess friends of Fortuna Leipzig. They arranged
a new Blitz Grand Prix tournament. Only 8 participants took part. I managed
to win the tourney with 6,5 points out of 7 only dropping a last round draw to
my good chess friend, Steffen Hoffmann, who you can see here playing black
against webwriter Uwe Franke. This game ended in a draw. Stefan Göttert
took the second place scoring 5 points and student Marcus Große was third
with 4,5 points. Like always it was a pleasant atmosphere in Cafe Kontakt.
