GM Klaus Bischoff is the new German champion.
He won the championship in Saarbrücken after
having scored 6,5 Points. GM Vitaly Kunin
scored the same amount of Points but had
fewer Berger-points.IM Rasmus Svane was
third with 6 Points.FM Matthias Liedtke from
SG Leipzig ended up with 3,5 points after
beating FM Reinhold Mueller in the last round.
