Exworldchampion Anatoly Karpov finally
won a game in the German Bundesliga.
Anatoly played two games for his club
Hockenheim at the weekend. On Saturday
he played a draw with white against
Fellix Graf from Bayern Munich as Hockenheim
won 6,5-1,5. On Sunday Anatoly beat
GM Maxim Rodshtein (2664) with black in a
match where Hockenheim beat Eppingen
with 5,5-2,5. Karpov will earn some
elopoints on the next elolist in May.
That must be the first time in years
Anatoly will pass 2620. Well done!
Hockenheim ended up in 3rd Place with
23 points.Baden-Baden won with a perfect
score of 30 points. Mülheim scored 24 points.
Bayern Munich, Griesheim, Tegel and
Viernheim are relegated to the 2nd Bundesliga.
