Brazilian championship in Rio de Janeiro
with 9,5 points in 11 rounds. GM Felipe
de Crespe El Decs came second half a point
behind the winner. GM Krikor Sevag
Makhatarian was third. This was Leitao`s
seventh Brazilian championship.
